Tania Cassandra McNab is the Owner and Principal of McNab Small Claims Debt Litigation Services, a member of the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) in good standing, and a member of the Ontario Paralegal Association (OPA) in good standing, where she served as the Secretary of the Education Committee in 2018. Cassandra graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Faculty of Health at York University in 2012 and received a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Criminology from the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies in 2019.
Cassandra has years of experience in post-secondary administration working at Osgoode Hall Law School, in the Office of the Executive Officer and the Legal Process Department, where she made notable contributions to multiple financial, human resources and law faculty support projects. She also worked in the Office of the Dean, in the Faculty of Graduate Studies at York University, where she helped to facilitate funding for graduate student research and education.
Cassandra completed the Paralegal Graduate program in the Department of Justice and Emergency Services at Durham College, with Honours, and gained valuable experience in Landlord and Tenant Law working with the housing team at the Durham Community Legal Clinic. She gained additional experience providing legal services in the Small Claims Court, at the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) and working on employment matters at Just Legal Services, a paralegal firm operating in the Durham Region. Cassandra applies these skills to managing the work of her associates and is passionate about helping her clients collect debts in the Small Claims Court.
